Business meetings overlooking an NRL home ground aren’t an everyday occurrence, but they could be following the release of Bay Suites, 12 exclusive commercial suites as part of the Woolooware Bay Town Centre in Sydney’s Sutherland Shire.
Aoyuan International and Capital Bluestone, developers of the Sutherland Shire’s only waterfront residential community, Woolooware Bay, have announced the launch of the brand-new commercial suites, offering unique workspace for local businesses starved for choice.

Capital Bluestone’s Project Director Matt Crews says this last stage, set on the eastern side of the stadium, will deliver the final piece in the grand vision for Woolooware Bay, completing the integrated urban masterplan for the 10-hectare site.

The addition of commercial space, which offers a unique environment for local businesses, rounds out the town centre story,” says Crews.
All suites have been designed with full-length windows to draw in natural light to the open plan designs. Mr Crews says a range of businesses such as marketing companies and real estate agencies have already taken space in the first stage of Woolooware Bay, and he expected that the latest offering would attract similar interest.
“These are high-profile suites, with great, unmatched views, located within the heart of the town centre and offering businesses access to the buzz of the retail, dining and club environment – that’s a very enticing combination. We are already fielding strong interest and expect they will sell quickly,” he says.
Casey Allison from Highland Commercial Property says there is nothing like it in the Sutherland Shire.
“While the demand for high-end workspace is increasingly high, the options are becoming limited for businesses looking to locate here,” says Ms Allison.
Commercial Property Group’s Hayden Bennett says, “There’s a real lack of high-quality commercial office space to service local professionals in the Shire, so many are forced to commute to other areas for work.

Each suite includes secure parking access to 770 allocated visitor parking spaces within the shopping centre.
