Dr Scerri has over 30 years of industry experience in travel and tourism, information technology, education and payment systems.
Moira has worked on a number of global strategic technology and large scale industry and cross industry change management projects. As part of her Doctorate, Dr Scerri developed and operationalised two models:
The Service Enterprise Productivity in Action (SEPIA) model; and the Networked Enterprise Productivity in Action (NEPIA) model. Together, these models provide a generalised approach to measuring service productivity.
